Keep it simple at this tranquil and centrally-located villa in the heart of Casa de Campo. Casa Serenity is a 4-bedroom home that surrounds a large pool, hot tub, and expansive deck – ideal for golfers, sun seekers, and sports enthusiasts or those looking to relax in a very private setting. 3 full-time staff members who will prepare both breakfast and lunch daily at the request of the renter (renter provides food); daily laundry and pool maintenance as part of our service. The villa has a very serene paradise, tropical-style feel with modern American touches on furniture and decor. Brand new renovation completed January 2023.

We are equipped to host a maximum of 10 overnight guests. The villa has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is set up with 1 king bed. The second bedroom has 1 king bed. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 full beds. Each room has its own en suite full bathroom. There is an additional guest bathroom as well.

The expansive pool deck envelopes a gorgeously refreshing swimming pool with a hot tub, outdoor shower, and a plethora of outdoor seating and dining options. There is a brand-new converted studio that overlooks the pool area with an office desk for those who need to work remotely, as well as a comfortable sofa for those looking for the perfect reading nook. Finding a leisurely spot to kick your feet up and relax is not hard to do at this perfectly serene villa in the heart of all that Casa de Campo has to offer.

1-minute walk on the path to the La Romana Country Club, less than a 5-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club (also a walkable distance – roughly 1 mile!). Complete access to all resort facilities and a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina. Less than 10 minutes to the Casa de Campo Hotel, Marina, or the Mediterranean village of Altos de Chavón, all of which have their own slew of amenities to lure you in each direction. The Spa at the hotel is one-of-a-kind, the restaurants, shops, movie theater, and grocery store make the Marina a must-visit, and the historical Mediterranean village is a sight to see in and of itself. Casa Serenity truly is located in the heart of Casa de Campo.

3 full-time housekeepers, cook, and pool maintenance personnel, who work 9 am-4 pm daily. All are available for daily personal laundry, meal prep, and serving, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch is included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$45 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends). Babysitting is available at request for an additional fee.

This villa is completely stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation: linens, towels, soap, detergent, and all kitchen supplies. Renters are responsible for their own food and beverage; however, you can plan for grocery pre-stocking of the villa in advance through a third-party delivery service.

15+ years of personal rental experience here and 30+ years of visiting Casa de Campo and we have never had a guest who left unimpressed or unwilling to return, as many do! We host several other properties inside Casa de Campo and are here to assist you in any way. Golf cart reservations are available upon request as well as airport transportation. We can also assist with restaurant reservations as well or point you in the right direction for golf Tee times. Coming for a birthday party? Not included is a USD$25 resort fee per adult per day charged by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see an attached photo in the listing photos for a detailed description).

Casa de Campo charges a resort fee of USD$25 per adult per day for access to all resort amenities (a detailed list of amenities included can be found on the Casa de Campo website). This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival at the resort. Thank you for your understanding.
