This special villa is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just steps away from Playa Minitas beach in the world-renowned resort of Casa de Campo. With your own private pool and massive wrap around porch facing the back garden, you’ll feel as though you’re in your own little oasis. Ideal for sun seekers, golfers, sports enthusiasts or those looking to relax in a very private setting. *2 beach bikes included in your rental!*

This villa comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The pool has a removable fence which can be installed with ease for those traveling with small children and want to avoid the headache of easy access to the pool! Free high speed WiFi. Crib, Pack n Play, highchair available at your request (subject to fee). Two beach bikes included.

**Traveling with a larger group? Book our sister property LL95 too, a 5-bedroom property just a few doors down (4 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 queens)!

BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en-suite full bath with outdoor shower.
-Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, en suite full bath, sliding doors open to pool area.
-Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, en suite full bath, sliding doors open to pool area.
-Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, en suite full bath.

KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher, ice maker (with water filter) and all basic necessities. Dining table with seating for 8 people.

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is not under AC; it is entirely screened in.
-Smart TV.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Jacuzzi (heated!)
-Dining table with umbrella and seating for 8
-Outdoor BBQ

STAFF:
-2 full time staff (1 housekeeper/cook, 1 butler/gardener) who work 8am-4pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Off of the backside of the kitchen is a private maid’s quarters area with bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Walking distance to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club. Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and much more.

RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.
