Description
Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse located in the area of Tennis Villas steps from the tennis courts and centrally located to all aspects of the beautiful resort of Casa de Campo. Playa Minitas is a quick 1.5-mile golf cart ride (or walk!) away. The Mediterranean village of Altos de Chavón, the marina, and the hotel itself are quick 5-10 minute golf cart rides as well. In Altos de Chavón, you can find many restaurants, bars, shops, and a mini market. Here you will also find an amphitheater, art school, impressive landscaping/gardens, water fountains, and a public swimming pool with incredible views of the Chavón River and Dye Fore golf courses. Altos de Chavón is also home to the #1 top-rated restaurant in Casa de Campo, Onno’s. Booked reservations will receive a discount on dining at Onno’s! La Piazzetta, one of the most renowned, longstanding restaurants in this area, offers an exquisite meal for your fine dining needs as well.
The home comes with a full-time housekeeper / fabulous cook who works from 9 am – 4 pm daily, and will also stay to prep & serve dinner when arranged ahead of time, which does require a small fee for her taxi ride home. The housekeeper is included in the price of the stay. You and your family have the option to send us a grocery list ahead of time and the villa will be stocked prior to your arrival (and we will try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have). The housekeeper will then prep any meals you wish during your stay – breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Please inquire about our local menu options.
Not included is a $25 resort fee per adult per day charged by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see the attached photo in the listing photos for a detailed description).
This townhome also includes a large porch with ample seating by our brand-new infinity pool with a large umbrella and 2 chaise lounges. We have a fully updated kitchen; maid quarters for daily laundry/ironing needs; a large living space with a smart TV; surround sound Sonos speaker system throughout the space; full bar and wine cooler; as well as additional dining and lounge area. The front courtyard is home to the brand-new BBQ grill and additional patio seating.
We have created a website to help make arrangements for any of your golf tee times, golf cart rentals, airport transportation, and restaurant reservations and would be happy to assist in setting these up for you after your booking is confirmed. The beach is a quick golf cart ride away and we have access to boat rentals that can be set up for half or full-day rentals to visit some of the most prestigious, stunning private islands and beaches the Dominican Republic has to offer.
We can assist in arranging golf cart rentals if you would like to visit the beach, golf courses, marina, or other amenities offered by Casa de Campo resort.
